Inundated with too many speakers? Tired of loose wires and struggle when it comes to pairing devices? No more, says a Finish company that wants to ease the use of sound systems and increase the time you get to enjoy them.

Unmonday has started a Kickstarter campaign for an independent, ceramic speaker that would pair with your devices over Airplay. The Unmonday 4.3L can be used as a mono, stereo, or Dolby Surround sound system by simply turning the unit on one of its sides.

The team wanted to rid home (or office, or outdoor) audio of wires and confusing transmitters, so they implemented a motion sensor that would detect which side the speaker was on. Depending on which way the speaker was turned, the speaker would be enabled to connect with up to five speakers. You wouldn't need to worry about pairing or setting each speaker to the right channel, just turn the unit over and press 'Play.'

With a battery life of up to 10 hours the Unmonday 4.3L is ideal for parties and larger social gatherings. Of the $200,000 pledged for their project, $49,546 has already been funded with 21 days remaining.
