If you're wondering how Australia is taking its narrow loss at Eurovision, the answer is not well.

An emotional populace has decided Dami Im was robbed. The singer came within a whisper of winning the singing contest for Australia, but was beaten at the last minute by a politically-charged performance from the Ukraine's Jamala. The country is now considering dramatic action.

The UK is mulling a #Brexit, potentially leaving the European Union after a referendum to be held on June 23. At this rate, Australia may get there first and make its own #AusExit.

Australia may not *officially* be in the EU, but it's the principle of the thing. After all, Im gave Europe a stunning rendition of "Sound of Silence" and on-point fashion. Europe gave Australia cultural cringe and dank pubs that have corrupted generations of kids on their gap year.

This is the second year Australia has participated in Eurovision, taking fifth place in 2015. That initial entry was a controversial one, with many scratching their heads at the wildcard. A win this year would have shown that Australia deserved to be singing along and a 2017 competitor.

We'll take our Dami and you can keep your pitchy singers, Europe. Bye.
