Unclaimed $30K Florida lottery ticket to expire next week
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — An unclaimed lottery ticket worth over $30,000 is set to expire next Thursday, according to the Florida Lottery.
The FANTASY 5 is the ticket’s top prize, worth $30,063.49. This game is won by players matching 5-of-5 winning numbers drawn in any order. Players can also win cash prizes or a free ticket by matching two, three, or four numbers.
The winning numbers were 12, 31, 24, 30, and 16, and were drawn on Sept. 16, 2023.
Players who purchased the winning, free Quick Pick ticket from Publix, located at 1478 West Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach, are encouraged to check their tickets from Sept. 16.
According to the Florida Lottery, the deadline to claim the top prize is on March 14 at midnight and it must be claimed at a Florida Lottery District Office.
