Ukraine's Poroshenko calls for parliamentary election this year

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko, set to be the new president after an election on Sunday, said there should also be a parliamentary election this year.

He also said he would never recognize Russia's "occupation of Crimea". Asked about relations with Russia, he said the "sovereignty and territorial integrity" of Ukraine were paramount for him.
