Details: In a post following the Russian strike on the Epicentr home improvement hypermarket in Kharkiv on 25 May, Kuleba said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin can say anything he wants, but his actions speak louder than words.

"Ukraine’s partners can do two things to prevent these attacks. First, to give Ukraine more Patriot and other air defence systems. Second, to allow Ukraine to shoot down Russian military aircraft before they drop bombs on Kharkiv and other [Ukrainian] cities and populated areas," Kuleba wrote on X.

"Give Ukraine more air defence systems and support Ukrainian strikes on military targets in Russia. Act now," Kuleba said.
