Ukraine shoots down 4 suicide drones and 1 more unknown UAV overnight

Ukrainian air defense shot down four Russian attack drones and one unidentified drone in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi and Kirovohrad oblasts, Mykola Oleshchuk, commander of Ukrainian Air Forces, said on Telegram on April 28.

At night, air raid alerts sounded in many oblasts of Ukraine due to drone attacks. Explosions were heard in Mykolaiv.

City mayor, Oleksandr Senkevych, said that fire broke out at a recreational facility as a result of Russian strike. A heat-generating infrastructure facility was also damaged, no casualties reported.
