Ukraine's Air Defense Forces neutralized 326 Russian drones used for strikes and aerial reconnaissance in March 2024 , said the Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Pavliuk on April 1.

The downed UAVs include 151 Shahed-131/136s and other other drone types:

  • Zala - 45

  • Supercam - 13

  • Lancet - 92

  • Orlan-10 - 21

  • drones of undetermined type - 4

Beyond kinetic takedowns, Pavliuk noted the strategic use of electronic warfare, which proved effective against numerous tactical UAVs, particularly FPV drones.

The relentless efforts of the Ukrainian military have tallied the destruction of 8,757 operational and tactical UAVs since the onset of the full-scale invasion, with 26 drones eliminated on the last day of March alone.

A new batch of military cargo, including Shahed UAVs and components for the production of drones, had arrived in Russia from Iran, said the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Natalia Humeniuk.
