The event is done through the Adopt Urbana Program. At 2:30 p.m., officials ask volunteers to meet on the north side of Urbana High School at 1002 South Race Street, across from Door #1.

Mayor Diane Wolfe Marlin will be among the volunteers. Several teams and clubs are also ready to help beautify Urbana, including UHS Soccer, Key Club, Lady in Lab Coats (LLC), Ag Class, and the PTSA.

Anyone is free to sign up online and join the effort. When you’re done, event officials ask that you report your clean-up results on this Google Form.
