Some clearing tonight through Monday- perhaps a window to see the aurora!

TONIGHT: Partial Clearing, Cooler. Lo 47.

MONDAY: Mostly Sunny, Mild. Hi 74.

TUESDAY: Increasing Clouds, Showers Develop by Evening. Hi 73.

A stubborn area of low pressure has kept this weekend active with clouds and chances of showers. Today didn’t provide a lot of rain, so in between the scattered showers we did get some breaks of sun. For those looking for chances of seeing the aurora tonight, clouds will somewhat clear through tomorrow morning. It will also be cooler with lows in the upper 40s.

The upcoming work week is on the whole warmer than this past weekend. However, rain chances will interrupt this warm up. Every other day this week there are rain chances to follow. We have a storm system that brings clouds and showers for the second half of Tuesday into Wednesday. Then by Friday another trough of low pressure could bring showers both late Friday and into next weekend. There is a lot to track in this pattern, and we will continue to provide updates. Be sure to check in with us both on-air and online.
