U.S. Coast Guard has saved 4,322 lives in Houston flooding: official

HOUSTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Coast Guard has saved 4,322 lives in the Houston area through search-and-rescue operations since Sunday, the commander of the Houston-Galveston office said on Tuesday. Captain Kevin Oditt told a media briefing the Coast Guard was continuing to conduct operations to retrieve people stranded by floodwaters from Tropical Storm Harvey.
