Tyler Junior College offers installment plans for summer, fall classes

Apr. 23—Registration is open now for TJC's summer and fall semesters, and installment plans are available for students who need a flexible payment schedule.

Payment for tuition and fees can be divided into three or four installments, depending on the session being offered.

Summer and fall classes run during the following dates:

—Summer I — June 3 through July 5

—Summer II — July 8 through Aug. 9

—Fall 16-week— Aug. 26 through Dec. 12

—Fall 1st flex session — Aug. 26 through Oct. 11

—Fall 2nd flex session — Oct. 14 through Dec. 6

TJC will host an in-person Registration Rally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with extended hours until 7 p.m. Thursday, on the second floor of Rogers Student Center on the TJC central campus.

Students can meet with an academic advisor and register for classes, all in one visit.

Installment plans can be set up now for summer classes, and fall payment plans will be available after June 1.

TJC offers more than 115 degree and certificate programs, including a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene, a Bachelor of Applied Technology in healthcare administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in emergency management, as well as extensive workforce training and technical programs.

In addition to rigorous academics, TJC has nationally ranked athletics and performing arts programs, all at about one-third of the cost of a four-year institution.
