Two-vehicle crash in South Natomas leaves one person seriously injured

(FOX40.COM) — A person is seriously injured from a two-vehicle crash near the South Natomas area on Thursday, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Another person was injured in the crash, but their injuries are considered minor, police said.

Police said the crash happened near the intersection of West El Camino and Northgate Boulevard around 3:30 p.m.

At 3:56 p.m., police posted on X that those roads were closed and drivers were urged to take alternate routes, but police said the roadway was reopened just before 6:30 p.m.

Police said the person with serious injuries was transported to the hospital, but they are in stable condition.
