Two UAVs strike Epicenter shopping mall, leading to fire, deaths, and injuries

An explosion rocked Kharkiv at 4:02 p.m., with Mayor Ihor Terekhov reporting that a plane had crashed into a residential area.
There were about 200 people in the Epicenter at the time of the Russian attack, according to Terekhov.
At 5:22 p.m., Terekhov, citing the director of the Epicenter, told reporters that about 15 employees of the hypermarket are unaccounted for.

5:20 p.m.: Preliminary data indicates that the occupiers used the D-30 UMPB to attack the Epicenter, Dmytro Chubenko, spokesman for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, told reporters.
5:17 p.m.: Terekhov said the occupiers also hit the central park in Kharkiv. Information about victims and destruction is being clarified.
5:13 p.m.: Videos of a large-scale fire at the Epicenter appeared on social media.
5:10 p.m.: The mayor of Kharkiv said that at the time the Epicenter was hit, there could have been about 200 people inside.
5:03 p.m.: Synehubov said the number of victims has increased to 11. Terekhov writes that many people are missing.
"Judging by everything, the attack was aimed at the shopping center where there were many people—this is pure terrorism," said the mayor of Kharkiv.
4:56 p.m.: The first photos from the site of the impact of Russian anti-tank missiles on the construction hypermarket in Kharkiv have appeared. The photo shows that the Epicenter was hit.
4:46 p.m.: Oleh Synehubov clarified that two Russian anti-aircraft vehicles hit the construction hypermarket, causing a fire over an area of 15,000 square meters. He confirmed that the death toll had risen to two.

4:42 p.m.: Suspilne, citing its correspondents, also reported the fire and said a column of black smoke was visible in the northeastern part of the city.
4:39 p.m.: Terekhov confirmed that two people are known to be dead.
4:34 p.m.: The head of Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Synehubov, wrote that one person is known to be dead and at least four wounded. Information is being updated.
4:30 p.m.: Terekhov wrote that, according to preliminary data, the construction hypermarket was hit. There is information about casualties, but it needs clarification.

Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov stated that, according to preliminary data, the strike had hit a residential area of Kharkiv in a densely populated civilian building.
"Information on victims and destruction is being clarified. All relevant services will be working at the site of the impact," he added.
