Two injured after shooting in Kansas City near 24th & Denver

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two people were injured after a shooting in Kansas City on Saturday afternoon.

Officers were called in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival, they located two victims who had been shot near 24th & Denver Ave.

Both victims were transported to the hospital. One of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries while the other victim is in stable condition.

The details about what led up to the shooting and suspect information are currently unknown.
