Two hurt in Champaign mobile home fire

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) – Two people are hurt after their Champaign mobile home caught fire.

The fire happened at New Century Estates Mobile Home Park around 2:30 a.m. on Monday. Officials said a neighbor noticed the fire and called 911.

Two dead, one seriously hurt after Loda crash

When crews got there, the two residents were already outside. They were treated for burns on scene before being sent to the hospital.

Crews were able to put the fire out quickly, though the mobile home was heavily damaged. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
