Turkey will hold its presidential runoff election on Sunday. This comes two weeks after incumbent President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his main opponent, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, failed to secure more than 50% of the vote. Demir Murat Seyrek, an adjunct professor at the Brussels School of Governance, joins CBS News with more.
