Turkey chases around state trooper while assisting woman whose car broke down

This isn’t something you see every day. A turkey chased around a State Trooper while he was assisting a woman whose car broke down.

A viewer sent in a video to Boston 25 explaining the incident.

According to Jill, her car broke down in Dorchester, when a State Trooper came to assist with a tow. At the same time, a turkey came to see what was going on.

“What we thought was a friendly turkey was just hanging around he was not a friend of the trooper,” Jill said.

The turkey kept circling the trooper’s car until he was finally able to get out. Once the trooper got out of the car, the turkey did not like it. The turkey chased the trooper around and did not let him near the tow truck or driver.

According to Jill, the Trooper was finally able to run to his car and get in. The turkey then continued to stand outside his car and pecked at the trooper’s doors and tires.

No one was harmed in this incident.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
