TTS won two trophies at 'Gaon Chart Awards'
TTS won two awards.
On February 13th, 'The 2nd Gaon Chart K-POP Awards' was held at Seoul Olympic Hall, and TTS won 'Best Album of the Year' and 'Best Song of the Year'.
TTS received the 'Best Album of the Year' for the second half of 2012, and also received 'Best Song of the Year' of May, 2012.
TTS' Seo Hyun held the trophy in her hand, and said, "I feel overwhelmed by so much love that many people showed us," and Tiffany said, "It is a pure joy to find a job that you love. And, this award just added even greater joy to me. We will keep doing our best."
As TTS was given the 'Best Album of the Year', TaeYeon said, "Thank you so much for showing the same love even after we came out as a unit group," and called each members' name to express thanks.
'Gaon Chart Awards' adopted the format of the Grammy Awards, and the awards get distributed depending on the data that Gaon Chart collected from January until December.
During this year's awards, songwriters, lyricists, producers, choreographers, stylists, and other staffs who made large contributions in success of K-POP singers were awarded as well.
'The 2nd Gaon K-Pop Awards' was emceed by Ga In and Joo Young Hoon, and Super Junior, BigBang, TVXQ, TTS, 2NE1, Wonder Girls, T-ara, A-Pink, Ailee, Seo In Guk, and Hello Venus attended.
