Trump: China tariffs and jobs report

Rick Newman is on the show to talk about the Trumpometer, Rick's weekly check on the Donald Trump Economy. Now Trump may have indicated he may ease off restrictions on European cars, but right now it appears to be full speed ahead when it comes to China, with reports on Thursday indicating the U.S. will impose tariffs on $34 billion worth of Chinese products starting at 12:01 a.m. eastern Friday. China has pledged to retaliate with levies to the U.S. of the same value at the same time.
