Trump Makes America Covfefe Again on ‘Full Frontal’ With Sam Bee

It was a #Covfefe kind of day yesterday as the Twitterverse took to President Trump’s most recent and confusing midnight tweet like moths to a flame. On May 30th at 9:06 p.m., Trump tweeted, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe” and the media rushed to figure out what the heck “covfefe” meant.

Samantha Bee on Full Frontal With Samantha Bee was just happy that he had kept one of his campaign promises saying, “Trump is right. He really does have the best words and he spelled it right. V before E except after Z.”

The tweet stayed on Trump’s feed for a good five hours before being taken down and the internet quickly rolled out a slew of covfefe memes. It seems that covfefe really is in the eye of the beholder.

However, Press Secretary Sean Spicer thought there was definitely meaning behind the new word saying “I think the president and a small group of people know exactly what it means.”
