Troy woman sentenced for having meth after traffic stop

FRANKLIN TWP, Pa. (WETM) – A Troy woman has been sentenced to serve time in a correctional facility, as well as a treatment program and probation, after being charged for having meth back in November.

According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, Culleen M. Joslyn, 30, was sentenced to 90 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility followed by two years in the Bradford County Treatment Program and an additional five years of probation supervision on the charge of possession with the intent to deliver meth.

Joslyn was arrested by a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper in November of 2023 following a traffic stop in Franklin Township where she had been found with several grams of meth.

If Joslyn fails to complete the treatment program or probation, she can be revoked and sentenced to serve time in state prison for up to 20 years.
