Troup families can order Easter eggs to help scholarship fundraiser

TROUP, Texas (KETK) — The Troup Rotary Club is holding their second annual “Egg My Yard” fundraiser for families to buy eggs ahead of Easter.

Families in the Troup school district can buy eggs from the rotary club to make their Easter egg hunting a little easier. All families need to do is choose how many eggs they’d like hidden and the night before Easter the club will do all the work along with a special note from the Easter Bunny.

The prices for the eggs are as follows:

  • 30 Eggs – $25

  • 50 Eggs – $35

  • 75 Eggs – $50

  • 100 Eggs – $75

“We are hoping to take the stress out of everything related to Easter and Easter egg hunting for parents. This is a fundraiser to help our scholarship fund, be able to offer students from Troup High School scholarships,” Tammy Jones, Troup Rotary Club, said.
