Three more men have come forward in London alleging they were sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey, bringing the total number of accusers to six.

Yahoo Entertainment has confirmed that in April, one alleged victim went to police claiming he was sexually assaulted by a man in Westminster in 1996. Two other men came forward in February with similar allegations against the same man, one incident supposedly occurring in Gloucester in 2013 and the other in Lambeth in 2008.

London’s Metropolitan Police will not specifically identify Spacey as the subject of the investigation due to U.K. laws that bar the naming of a suspect until charges have been filed. However, TMZ and Variety report it is the former House of Cards star, citing unnamed sources close to the case

Spacey’s attorney did not immediately respond to Yahoo Entertainment’s requests seeking comment.

British authorities launched an initial investigation into the Oscar-winning actor in November 2017 after a man reported he was sexually assaulted in Lambeth in 2008. Later that month, another victim came forward alleging he was sexually assaulted by the same man in Lambeth in 2005. The third allegation was reported in December and supposedly occurred in Westminster in 2005. Spacey maintained a residence in England at the time.

The Metropolitan Police told Yahoo Entertainment that officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating the claims — including the one alleged to have taken place in Gloucester.

Dozens of men have come forward accusing Spacey of harassment and/or assault. The actor’s downfall stemmed from an October 2017 BuzzFeed interview with Anthony Rapp, who alleged a then-26-year-old Spacey made an unwanted sexual advance toward Rapp when he was only 14.

This prompted Spacey to apologize and come out as gay.

In November, he went into treatment for unspecified reasons. A representative simply stated Spacey “is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment.” He has kept a low profile in the months since.

Spacey’s legal woes aren’t just across the pond. The Los Angeles district attorney’s office is also reviewing a sexual-assault case against the actor.
