Motorcyclist dead after crash with guardrail in Puyallup
Officers are on the scene of a fatal motorcycle collision on the off-ramp from SR 167 to EB SR 512 in Puyallup.
According to Trooper John Dattilo, Washington State Patrol (WSP) Public Information Officer for Pierce and Thurston counties, the motorcycle rider has died.
The report says that speeding caused the rider to crash into a guardrail. The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and died at the scene.
WSP has identified the rider as 19-year-old Riley Bishop. The next of kin has been notified.
Part of the ramp will be closed as troopers conduct their investigation.
