Trevor Noah: Trump Will Cash In On Tax Bill 'Like A 'Shroom Dealer At Coachella'

President Donald Trump claims the proposed tax bill wouldn’t help him or his wealthy pals. If they do stand to benefit from it, Trump said earlier this week, his “friends don’t know about it.”

“So your friends are rich and stupid,” Trevor Noah joked Thursday on “The Daily Show.”

And although Trump has insisted that the GOP tax plan is “going to cost [him] a fortune,” he and his family members stand to make millions of dollars from the unpopular yet likely-to-pass bill ($1 billion on inheritance tax breaks alone).

“Come on, man, you’re going to cash out on this like a ’shroom dealer at Coachella, and we all know it,” Noah said. “The only thing we don’t know fully is how much Trump stands to benefit because, unlike Matt Lauer’s penis, no one has ever seen Trump’s tax returns.”
