WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — On Friday, pop star Taylor Swift released her 11th album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”

The album features at least two songs that reference her relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. The couple started dating last year, and during the NFL season, Swift was at many of his games.

The songs that focus on the relationship are “The Alchemy” and “So High School.”

“The Alchemy”

The Alchemy” features references to “touchdown” and cutting someone “from the team.” It also includes the line, “Where’s the trophy? He just comes running over to me,” which could reference the Chief’s overtime win against the San Franciso 49ers in the Super Bowl. The couple locked lips on the field at Allegiant Stadium after Travis had lofted the Lombardi Trophy, shouting “Chiefs nation!” and bellowing a chorus of “Viva Las Vegas.”

Another keyword referencing the player and the team is “winning streak,” as the Chiefs went on to win six games, including the Super Bowl, after losing on Christmas Day to the Raiders. Four of those six games were decided with less than a 7-point difference.

Also, “Shirts off, and your friends lift you up, over their heads. Beer stickin’ to the floor, cheers chanted ’cause they said, ‘There was no chance trying to be the greatest in the league'”. This line seems to reference the game where Travis’ brother Jason took his shirt off and chugged a beer in the Chiefs‘ win over the Buffalo Bills in the NFL divisional round. It was also the first time Taylor met Jason.

“So High School”

The other song with heavy references to Kelce is “So High School.

One line, “You knew what you wanted and, boy, you got her,” could be a reference to when Kelce made the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. He hoped to give it to Taylor on the Kansas City stop on “The Eras Tour,” but she didn’t take the number then.

Another line in the song seems to reference Travis’ dad, Ed. Travis likes to do impressions of his dad during the “New Height’s Podcast.” The lyrics say, “I feel like laughing in the middle of practice. To that impression you did of your dad again. I’m hearing voices like a madman.”
