Aries

It’s time to get away and have some much needed quiet time, Aries. With the Moon entering your sign for the weekend, you will do well to leave the post-World Cup after-parties and head north to the coast of Brazil for some time to tune into your internal landscape. Or head into the magnificent nature of Madagascar — the island is full of the colors you need to surround yourself with. Allow Venus to open your eyes (and heart) to the natural beauty around you and allow Mercury Retrograde to give you a chance to just breathe and enjoy yourself.

Taurus

With Venus sitting squarely in your sign, your purpose these days is to love and be loved, Taurus. Mars is joining in, making sure you practice this love and devotion daily by incorporating beauty into your daily morning routine. (If you don’t have a personal daily routine yet, now is the time to start!) Yoga, singing, and deep mindful breathing exercises are great ways to start off your day. The Galapagos Islands in the Pacific and Canary Islands in the Atlantic will make it easy to get in touch with the love and heart-centered appreciation the planets are presenting you.

Gemini

Mercury Retrograde in your sign might be making you a little reclusive these days, dear Gemini, but the other planets are asking you to get up and get yourself out there! The mysterious Moon is stirring up your sense of adventure, stickler Saturn is reminding you to keep the time you set aside for yourself, and mischievous Mars just wants you to cut loose and have some fun. Why not satisfy all of these needs in beautiful Mallorca? Or go explore astounding Aruba, where you can discover caves, visit a pirate’s castle, and then relax on pristine beaches? You can take care of your needs — and have some fun.

Cancer

Jupiter in your sign and the Sun and Mercury are creating an urge for you to be in a far-away place among things of the past, Cancer. Along the historical Silk Road is the town of Trabzon, Turkey, a beachside city along the Black Sea with charming Venetian architecture and a cliff-side monastery tucked into the lush Pontic Mountains. Or find yourself in Lithuania on the Baltic Sea, where you can visit castles in middle of lakes, the architecture spans centuries and multiple styles, and best of all, you can see all of this from a hot air balloon. Either choice is perfect.

Leo

With Mars activating creativity and beauty, you’re being given a chance to notice the art inside of you and in your environment. It’s a play of colors this week for you, lively Leo. Take a little plane ride to see the amazing pink Hillier Lake in Western Australia, or go for a dip on the island of Cape Verde in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, complete with white sand beaches and aquamarine waters. Put yourself there and the picture is complete.

Virgo

You are ready for an island adventure this week, Virgo! The watery and emotional Moon is asking to become part of your daily routine. Be near water this week: dive into it, fly above it, be all around it this week. This is the perfect time to take a helicopter above the rivers and majestic waterfalls on the island of Reunion in the Western Indian Ocean. Or jetpack above the dolphins in the magnificent Maldives, then sleep in your water bungalow at night, surrounded by nothing but ocean. Don’t be afraid of the emotions that may be stirred up by these experiences. Embrace them and allow them to find a deeper home within you.

Libra

With adventurous Mars and the offbeat North Node of the Moon sitting in your sign, it’s a great week for an impromptu getaway. Charter a yacht to the ritzy Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles and catch some rays on the deck. Or tone it down and head to Santa Cruz Island, part of the Channel Islands (America’s Galapagos), for a little eco-adventure and some paddle boarding off the island’s beautiful rocky coast. Sip champagne poolside, or stargaze from your tent. Both options sound fantastic, and the surroundings couldn’t be better.

Mercury Retrograde is stirring up your love of living-on-the-edge this week, Scorpio. Sleep at the foot of Arenal, one of the world’s most active volcanoes in Costa Rica, then spend the day lounging in the lush lowlands of this Central American gem. Or feed the sharks in Fiji’s spectacular coral reef (or just hang out with some massive manta rays if you aren’t quite up for the former toothy company). Some may say you take things a bit too far sometimes. Maybe… for them. For you, this place of intensity and extremes is where you really come alive!

Sagittarius

Mercury Retrograde may be straining your expression and partnerships these days, Sagittarius. Yet the transit of the emotional Moon this week is creating an internal bridge for you, helping you to connect your heart to your mind, and to communicate from this place of clarity and certainty. The seaside cities Key West and Singapore, both connected to the mainland by actual bridges, are perfect expressions of how to make these connections internally. Being near the water this week will help get emotions moving, allowing them to come to the surface to express.

Capricorn

That food-loving Moon is offering you a gourmand adventure this week, Capricorn. There are plenty of culinary treats to be found in the markets around the world. The Athens Plaka, the oldest part of the city surrounding the Acropolis, will have plenty of souvlaki and spanakopita to nibble on while looking around for that perfect piece of antiquity to bring home. Or stop for some authentic falafel in between snapping pictures of the spice pyramids in the colorful market of Luxor, Egypt. You are going to want to remember each bite for a long time to come!

Aquarius

Mercury Retrograde and the Sun are pushing you back into the spotlight while Venus, Jupiter, and the Moon in your sign are all suggesting you be honest and come from your heart this week… and then everything will fall into place nicely. You’ll find lots of water-bearing love flowing in Reykjavik, Iceland and the Canary Islands this week. Both spots are real showstoppers themselves, and make the perfect stage for you to shine!

Pisces

Jupiter and the Moon in your sign are supporting you to go back to the emotions, back to the heart, back in time if need be so you can sort out whatever internal wiggles are trying to work themselves out of you this week, Pisces. You will find the energy in the cradle of civilization in Crete, Greece, to be especially helpful in going back to the roots of things. Florence, Italy also has some portals for you to do whatever emotional journeying you need to do. It’s an important trip you are on, so be sure you have the support you need in the external world so your internal space can reorganize properly.
