Transnistrian threat: Odesa region prepares 2 thousand more Territorial Defense

Through demonstration actions on "readiness for an offensive'' and activation of Russian troops by unrecognised Transnistria, another 2 thousand volunteers are being trained, who will stand up and defend the Odesa region if necessary.

Details: The command of the 126th Separate Teroborona Brigade has organised the training of more than 2,000 people of volunteer formations of territorial communities of the Odesa region.

Quote:"Motivated, determined patriots of different age categories and social statuses, ready to defend their right to live in a free, flourishing Ukraine with weapons in their hands, have consciously united.

During the exercise, the volunteers were provided with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in fire training, the use of anti-tank weapons, and the provision of first aid in combat conditions.

In particular, very carefully worked out counter-sniper and anti-sabotage struggle, long-range tactical movement.

In total, more than 10 thousand volunteers from different regions of Bessarabia have already taken part in preparations for the destruction of the enemy. Every day, the number of trained members of volunteer formations is constantly growing, as is their level of professionalism."

Background:

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned that armed formations in Transnistria are located in full combat readiness.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, amid an unsuccessful "special operation" in Ukraine, is likely to declare martial law in the Russian Federation and will start a war in the occupied territory of Moldova – in Transnistria.
