While attending the Sundance Film Festival, Tracy Morgan had to be hospitalized at the Park City Medical Center after collapsing at an awards dinner Sunday night. His rep is blaming "a combination of exhaustion and altitude," though sources are telling The Hollywood Reporter that Morgan was "inebriated, yelling and falling onto the ground" during dinner at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards. Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter's role in the film Arbitrage is apparently "substantial," which is more than can be said for his walk-on appearance in the Wall Street sequel as a guy who didn't remember Gordon Gekko after he got out of jail. The film, which stars Richard Gere, premiered at Sundance, and according to producer Laura Bickford, Carter has "two scenes that are really good, playing the head of a bank." [Page Six]

A rep for Heidi Klum confirmed that she and husband Seal are separating. Meanwhile, anonymous sources "directly connected with the couple" are blaming Seal's "volcanic temper" (yikes) and Klum's "career evolution" for the split. "Career evolution," in this case, seems to be code for becoming much more successful than her husband. The good news: the split apparently had "nothing to do with a third person." [TMZ]

Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Scarlett Johansson are going to host a fundraiser for Barack Obama next month in New York at Theory in the Meatpacking District. Reportedly, designers Narciso Rodriguez, Alexander Wang, and Rachel Roy have all designed "custom Obama-themed clothing and accessories" that will be on-sale at the event. [Page Six]

It's Politico's fifth birthday today. Happy fifth birthday, Politico! They've put together a birthday tribute/roast for themselves, and it's admittedly pretty funny. The sharpest line belongs to NBC's David Gregory, who (jokingly) called Politico "a petulant five-year-old concerned with only trivial matters." Donald Trump was also on-hand to note that the site is doing "generally a great job," which is all anyone can hope for. [Politico]
Elton John -- who we did not realize was friends with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft -- apparently called Kraft to congratulate him on New England's victory over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC championship game yesterday. Kraft -- whose friendship with Jon Bon Jovi has been well-documented -- reportedly told Sir Elton, "I miss you" before heading off to meet with reporters. [Inside Track]
