Tractor-trailer crash on I-81N in Botetourt County cleared

UPDATE: 12:28 P.M. BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — VDOT says the crash on I-81 North in Botetourt County is now cleared.

All lanes are open at this time.

BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Virginia Department of Transportation says traffic is backed up for more than three miles after a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 81 North in Botetourt County on Thursday.

The crash occurred at mile marker 172.8, near the Harvey area. At this time, one lane is open.

Interstate 81 South backed up for 3-miles by crash in Roanoke County
