Towne East Square announces new retailers

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Wichita’s Towne East Square will be getting three new retailers, Simon Property Group announced on Wednesday.

The mall says MINISO, bb.q Chicken, and KPOT will be opening in 2024.

MINISO is a variety store chain that specializes in household and consumer goods, including cosmetics, stationery, toys, and kitchenware. The store is expected to open on the upper level, Dillard’s wing, across from American Eagle, in early summer.
bb.q chicken plans on opening in late 2024. The restaurant serves Korean fried chicken and was founded in Seoul, South Korea.
KPOT is expected to open in late 2024 at the southeast entrance next to JCPenney. It is a unique, hands-on, all-you-can-eat dining experience that merges traditional Asian Hot Pot with Korean BBQ flavors.

Exploration Place is getting an aviation playground

Last year, Scheels, Dry Goods, Earthbound Trading Company, BurgDogs and Forever Bonded opened locations in Wichita.
