Utah tourism officials to unveil ad campaign touting national parks to neighboring states

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Gov. Gary Herbert and state tourism officials are set to unveil a major ad campaign that will boast to other western states about Utah's five national parks.

The $3.1 million campaign is set to be officially revealed Wednesday morning at the capitol.

Tourism officials say the spring and summer campaign will include TV commercials in Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle. It'll also feature digital billboards, wall art, online ads, and social media promotion.
