Touch A Truck event allows kids to see big trucks, heavy machinery in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Junior League of Baton Rouge’s annual Touch A Truck is celebrating nine years of a unique, interactive experience. It’s at the BREC State Fairgrounds from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 23.

The event will also have a Quiet Hours sponsored by the Emerge Center. It will be from 9-11 a.m. for those with sensory sensitivities.

Touch A Truck allows children to see, explore and learn about their favorite big trucks and heavy machinery. The experience is packed with food and fun.

The main attractions include the Dig Zone and a scavenger hunt. Attendees also get hands-on experience with big trucks, heavy equipment and emergency vehicles.

Event tickets are $10 per person and free for children aged two and under. Raffle tickets for a chance to win a $5,000 Disney gift card are also available for $10 per ticket.

Touch A Truck invites attendees to support the Junior League of Baton Rouge’s Diaper Bank. They can do this by donating diapers at the event.
