Just before 2 p.m. Sunday a tornado touched down in the area of Bellini Road in DeFuniak Springs damaging several homes, according to a post on the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

No injuries have been reported.

Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Liberty Volunteer Fire Department are on scene working to clear the debris. Walton County Emergency Management was in route with tarps and supplies to assist with damages, according to the report.
