Kevin Spacey's latest film was a box office dud on its opening day in theaters, taking in just $126, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The crime-drama “Billionaire Boys” opened in eight theaters in several states and earned an estimated $500 for the weekend after it was released via video on demand last month, Entertainment Weekly reported. The movie is not being shown in large cities such as New York or Los Angeles, but it can be seen in Miami, New Orleans and Phoenix, Entertainment Weekly reported. It was Spacey's first film release since a series of sexual allegations were made last year against the Academy Award-winning actor, Newsweek reported. The $126 boils down to about 13 tickets,
Out in theaters Friday: See Kevin Spacey playing a manipulative scumbag in “Billionaire Boys Club.” It's a real stretch. From his earliest roles, Spacey raised being an a–hole to an art form. I remember being entranced by his performance back in 1994 as an explosive, toxic Hollywood boss in the black comedy “Swimming with Sharks,” a year before he'd win his first Oscar playing Verbal Kint/Keyser Söze in “The Usual Suspects.” But now we know Spacey's real identity. He's an accused sexual predator. The on-screen smarmy-villain shtick isn't cute anymore. And why anyone would choose to release “Billionaire Boys Club,” with at least 15 accusers on record against Spacey, is beyond me. It certainly

Netflix bosses are teasing the “fitting end” to the sixth and final season of House of Cards. The series, which lost its co-lead star after the streaming service sung the axe on disgraced actor Kevin Spacey, has been restructured to make its swansong led by Robin Wright's newly-elected Claire Underwood.
A Netflix Inc executive promised on Sunday a "fitting end" to the streaming service's acclaimed political drama "House of Cards" but did not divulge how the series wrote out scandal-tainted star Kevin Spacey. "House of Cards" put Netflix on the map as a home for original entertainment when the series debuted in 2013 starring Spacey as conniving politician Frank Underwood. The show's coming sendoff centers on Robin Wright, who plays Frank's devious wife, Claire.
Today's Birthday, July 26: US actor, producer, screenwriter and singer Kevin Spacey (1959 - ). American actor Kevin Spacey has returned to the big screen despite remaining firmly on the Hollywood outer after accusations of sexual misconduct. The scandal-afflicted 59-year-old was sacked from Netflix series House of Cards and replaced for 2017 film All The Money In The World. But Spacey retained his role as Ron Levin on Billionaire Boys Club, released last week after being filmed two years ago. US prosecutors in June said a sexual assault charge against Spacey is still being considered after actor Anthony Rapp accused him of making a sexual advance in 1986. In response, Spacey came out as gay and

Come next season, Family Guy might attempt the unthinkable: a thoughtful episode examining Glenn Quagmire's predatory behavior. According to the long-running Fox comedy's show-runner, Rich Appel, next year's season will place the animated character, an avowed pervert and serial rapist on the show since its 1999 debut, at the center of a #MeToo episode. In the wake of revelations about several men in Hollywood, Family Guy has received attention for jokes it made years ago about disgraced men including Kevin Spacey and Brett Ratner—while its creator, Seth MacFarlane, has been praised for calling out Harvey Weinstein at the Oscars in 2013. Even so, an extended #MeToo plotline seems incompatible
