Top 5 Funniest Moments From Adam West’s Canceled Comedy ‘Lookwell’
In 1991, NBC aired one episode of a comedy written and produced by Conan O’Brien and Robert Smigel and starring Adam West called Lookwell.
It featured West as a has-been ’70s cop show actor, Ty Lookwell. Lookwell taught acting classes but also fancied himself an actual detective, much to the chagrin of the local police force. The show wasn’t picked up, but the pilot episode has since become a cult classic.
In honor of Adam West, who passed away June 9 at the age of 88, we take a look back at the top five funniest moments from Lookwell.
