Tomi Lahren calls Melania Trump critic ‘vile’ and ‘disgusting’ on Fox News

On Monday, in response to the tone-deaf irony of Melania’s anti-bullying message versus the president’s bullying tweets, CNN commentator Ana Navarro tweeted, in part, “Only plausible explanation here is, Melania suffered oxygen deprivation to the brain.” On Wednesday morning, Lahren was quick to respond to Navarro’s tweet, saying on "Fox and Friends", “How could someone be so disgusting and so vile to tweet this about our first lady who is advocating for anti-bullying?” She went on to say that she’s never seen a first lady attacked like this and then brought Michelle Obama into the mix. “Can you imagine if we would sit here on Fox News and attack Michelle Obama for something that she was trying to do to better the country?” Well, Tomi, I’m sorry to say that did in fact happen. Michelle Obama was a champion of kids nutrition while her husband was in office. And in 2014 on a Fox News segment about that subject, guest Keith Ablow quipped that the former first lady “needs to drop a few.”
