Toddler mistakes sister’s wrestling match for actual fight and tries to ‘save’ her
A two-year-old boy came to his older sister’s rescue when he mistook her wrestling match for a real fight.
He was watching his older sister Ruby wrestle with a five-year-old opponent named Ryan at her school in Columbia City, Indiana.
The youngster's father was filming the match on his phone when his youngest son suddenly ran over to “save” his sister.
The video has since gone viral online after the toddler's mother, Tori, uploaded it to Facebook on Sunday.
Despite a valiant effort to break up the fight, the quickly intervened and the heroic toddler was promptly taken away by his father.
“I was working and missed the match," Tori told HuffPost, explaining that her husband showed it to her when he got home. Her immediate reaction was to share it on Facebook.
She went on to explain that the entire audience found the incident both adorable and hilarious.
The clip has generated a flurry of feedback on Facebook, with commenters sharing their appreciation for the young boy.
“I like his instincts.!! good going little guy!!!” wrote one.
“Oh My Gosh so hilarious! Bless his heart. Trying to protect his sis,” added another.
However, some viewers were more intrigued by the youngster’s intervening tactics, with one person even suggesting that he should be signed by the CEO of the World Wrestling Entertainment, Vince McMahon.
“Vince McMahon needs to sign that kid he is a natural,” the commenter wrote.
Perhaps this is just the beginning of the two-year-old’s career as a professional wrestler.
