TODAY'S CHARTS: Tesla shares rev up; Aetna's Obamacare exit; Yum slips on Pizza Hut sales

The Dow finally crossed the 22,000 mark on Wednesday. With dozens of companies reporting today — one of the last big waves of the quarter — could earnings news keep powering the market higher?

Here’s a closer look at some of those reports.

We got some good news for Tesla (TSLA) bulls. The electric car maker posted a smaller-than-expected loss and revenue that more than doubled from last year. The company also said that Model 3 deliveries were on time for the third quarter at about 1,500. Tesla shares climbed 6.4% on the news.

Health insurance company Aetna (AET) reported a big beat on earnings of $3.42 per share versus the expected $2.35 and better-than-expected on revenue. The company also raised full-year guidance as it plans to exit the 2018 Obamacare individual insurance market completely.

Yum Brands (YUM), the owner of Taco Bell and KFC, posted an earnings beat of 68 cents per share, while revenue was also higher. Same-store sales were a little above expectations, but overall sales fell at Pizza Hut.
