Timothée Chalamet says Zendaya helped him furnish his first apartment

Timothée Chalamet has revealed that his Dune co-star Zendaya helped him furnish his first apartment.
The duo appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live alongside their Dune: Part Two co-stars Florence Pugh and Austin Butler last week, where they talked about maintaining their friendships across the cast.
Chalamet said: "Speaking personally, I have great friendships with everyone here. Zendaya helped me set up my first apartment in New York years ago."

Zendaya explained that she felt the need to do something about Chalamet's pad since "the vibe was very teenage boy".
She explained: "We just needed a few necessities – you know, cups and plates, knives and forks, things to clean… We needed some structure."
The actor did admit that his place did have a bed before Zendaya got involved – it's just that the bed didn't have a frame.
One trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond later, the pair got everything Chalamet needed, Zendaya recalled – even though they didn't have any of the retailer's famous coupons on hand.
Recently, director Denis Villeneuve has been talking about the possibility of adapting Dune Messiah as the third and final part of a trilogy of films, and it's something Zendaya would be up for.

"Would we be down? I mean, of course," she said. "Anytime Denis calls it's a yes from me, at least. I'm excited to see what happens.
"I started [reading] Messiah and I was like, 'Woah, I'm only shooting the first movie. Let me just go back to the first one.'
"It's so much to take in, and I think there's no better hands with better care and love for it than him."
Dune: Part Two is out in cinemas on March 1, 2024. Dune is available to watch on Netflix in the UK and Ireland.
