When TikToker Halley Kate was sucker punched while walking down the street in New York a few weeks ago, it didn't take long to get the word out on social media. Not long after going public with her story of being randomly punched, other women also experienced the same thing and shared their stories.

The man who punched Halley, and possibly a few other women, Skiboky Stora, was arrested not long after Halley went to the police to file a report. But now, just a few weeks later, a TikToker who goes by ProducHER is sharing that she's seen Stora walking down the street talking to himself.

"Why did I just see the guy that's been punching the chicks in the face in New York?" she said as she walked down the street. "He's on Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, so I guess he's looking for his next target."

The TikToker Warns Women To Stay Safe On The Streets Of New York

The TikTok creator continued her video by explaining that Stora is just "walking up and down Nostrand Avenue talking to himself."

"This man needs to be committed," she said. "He's crazy. He's crazy. But that just goes to show you, New York City just don't care."

She then warned women to "be careful."

One viewer took to the comments to say, "Oh he out? I'm glad you told us." Another person added, "I just saw him today on the 5 train." Another person chimed in to say, "I SAW HIM TODAY ON FLATBUSH."

The TikToker Shared A Few Follow-Up Videos

In one follow-up video, the TikTok creator revealed that she called the cops after seeing him "causing havoc" on the streets in Brooklyn.

Another follow-up video shows Stora walking down the street, and then a third video update addresses who he's targeting after a viewer left a comment the creator wanted to correct.

"He don't hate all women. You safe and look up the true history of events before posting," the viewer wrote in the comments of her previous video.

"As I stated before, clearly he's in Brooklyn on Nostrand Avenue cause he knows the demographic here," she said in her video response. "He knows it's not white women. He knows it's black women. So if he went from Harlem to the lower east side, now he's on Nostrand, he's after us."

One viewer shared in the comments, "He has a history of assaulting black women too, there are plenty of videos on it." Another person said, "He had a whole account showing a variety of women he had harassed. and there are videos of black women that he had hit involving police... so yes, it is not just white women.

Another Video Shared By ProducHER Explains Why She's Sharing This Information

The most recent video shared by this TikTok creator explains why she originally decided to share this information on the app.

"I literally made that video to make sure that the women in my neighborhood was safe, and to just be on alert because I saw this guy," she said.

"And then a lot of you guys are arguing with me about this guy not punching black women, he didn't assault black women, but if you went on his TikTok, you saw that's all he did. It's not on TikTok anymore, but that's all he did was get on TikTok to harass women."

She said it didn't matter whether or not he was the "NYC puncher" because he has assaulted multiple women.

"He keeps on getting arrested, but then they keep on letting him out," she continued. "Yes, this justice system is f-cked up. So you know what we have to do? We have to make ourselves alert and aware, and that's why I posted that video."
