Three juveniles facing assault charges in Snyder County

Mar. 15—MIDDLEBURG — Three juveniles are facing assault charges in connection with the recorded beating of a nude teenager in Middleburg last month.

Due to the ages of the three accused, their names and details about the alleged assault and the condition of the victim are not being released.

Snyder County District Attorney Heath Brosius confirmed Middleburg police investigated the incident and three minors are accused.

One of the three juveniles videotaped the alleged assault after the victim was forced to undress, sources said.

"We have a concern that (the video) has been circulated," Brosius said.
