Three involved in deadly motorcycle crash in Fond du Lac identified by authorities

FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin State Patrol Northeast Region Fond du Lac Post has released the names of the three people involved in a deadly crash on Wednesday evening on County Highway OO.

The driver of the motorcycle was identified as 30-year-old Grant Breister and the passenger was 29-year-old Anjelynn Breister, both from Fond du Lac. Grant was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and Anjelynn died at the scene of the crash.

Motorcyclist who died in Calumet County crash identified by authorities

The driver of the commercial motor vehicle was 33-year-old Scott Baszynski from Ripon. Baszynski suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Multiple first responders were sent to the scene on County Highway OO at Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac around 5:10 p.m. on May 15.

A preliminary investigation revealed that Baszynski was traveling westbound on CTH OO and reportedly turned left in front of an eastbound motorcycle, sparking a collision.

The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
