THP: One injured in crash on I-81 in Greene County

FALL BRANCH, Tenn. (WJHL) — One person was injured after a crash on Interstate 81 in Greene County on Wednesday.

According to a report from Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), a 2017 Nissan Altima was traveling northbound on I-81 near mile marker 48 just before 8 p.m.

The vehicle reportedly ran off the right side of the road, flipped over onto its top and came to an uncontrolled rest away from the road.

The driver of the vehicle was injured in the crash, THP stated.
