If your mom doesn’t nag you enough, meet “Crazy Jewish Mom.” Her musings, lectures, and advice are pure entertainment for daughter Kate Siegel, who uploads every text message from her mother onto her Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts, appropriately titled “Crazy Jewish Mom.”
"I started this project three months ago, because my friends always laughed at my mom’s texts," Siegel, 26, who works in video production in New York City, tells Yahoo Parenting. "I’m an only child so I get all my mom’s attention." Fortunately, Siegel’s mother is comfortable with her newfound fame. "She doesn’t mind me posting about her, mostly because she doesn’t understand the Internet," says Seigel. "For example, she confuses the search bar with the status update field on Facebook."
