This All-Natural Way to Clean Silverware Is Pretty Much Magic

The holiday season is fast approaching, and that means it’s almost time to pull your fancy silverware or plates or serving dishes of that dusty drawer.

If your setup includes any silver, there’s a better DIY way to remove tarnish and get it looking as good as new.

Best of all it’s all natural, it avoids harsh chemicals, and it won’t take long. All you’ll need is baking soda, salt, and aluminum foil.

Check out the video above for an overview of how to do it. As Greenopedia notes, this technique avoids harsh chemicals and won’t remove any silver. Be careful to only use it on plain silver that doesn’t contain gems or glue, though.
