Thibodaux man wanted after ‘distribution amounts’ of drugs found in car

TERREBONNE PARISH, La. (WGNO) — The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man wanted in connection with a joint drug investigation with the Thibodaux Police Department.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet reported 39-year-old Kentrell Dominic Young, of Thibodaux, is wanted on numerous felony charges connected to the investigation.

TPSO officials said a joint investigation led to a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Louisa Drive in Thibodaux.

Agents allegedly found narcotics in the home but didn’t find Young.

A community tip led agents to an apartment complex in Terrebonne Parish where a vehicle linked to Young was found.

Agents said they found distribution amounts of meth, heroin, marijuana and a gun inside the vehicle following a search.
