"A Taco Bell Resort is opening in Palm Springs, California this summer" is a sentence I never thought I'd type, but here we are-it's really and truly happening! The brand calls it "the biggest expression of the Taco Bell lifestyle to date" and while they're still ironing out the details, it sounds like a T. Bell superfan's dream come true.

Set to open for five days in August, The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort will be decked out with Taco Bell swag-pool floats, fluffy bathrobes, towels-and of course, plenty of food. Rather than set up shop with a walk-up window, the team plans to integrate Taco Bell menu items (including ones only available at the resort) into all the typical hotel fare: breakfast, room service, poolside drinks, etc.

The resort's salon will offer "Taco Bell-inspired nail art, fades, and a braid bar," per a press release, and a gift shop will be stocked with Taco Bell apparel.

Reservations will open sometime in June; you can sign up for updates from Taco Bell here. While they haven't yet announced how many rooms will be available or which resort The Bell will take over, they have noted that fans must be 18 or older to visit.

This is hardly Taco Bell's first step into the lifestyle/experience world. Earlier this year, Taco Bell Canada created a Slide-Thru at a ski resort in Ontario; at Taco Bell's Las Vegas wedding chapel, hundreds of couples have been married surrounded by all things T. Bell.
