ThedaCare begins offering 24/7 pharmacy services in Neenah

NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials with ThedaCare say they have begun offering 24/7 pharmacy services at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah.

According to a release, the pharmacy was first initially opened in December 2023 as part of the $100 million modernization project of the hospital in Neenah with the 24/7 pharmacy service launched on March 4, 2024.

The pharmacy in Neenah features on-site services and curbside pickup that is available to patients, community members, and ThedaCare team members.

Officials say the on-site pharmacy provides patients with many necessary medications and a wound care kit at discharge eliminating having to stop on the way home to pick up prescriptions or care supplies.

Officials add that the pharmacy, amongst other on-site services, will also be delivering medications to the bedside when patients are being discharged from the hospital.

For curbside pickup, two parking spots have been designated on the north side of the hospital, near door #2, between the main entrance and the Emergency Department entrance.

Patients will be able to pull up to either of the parking spots and call the pharmacy for staff to bring medications out to the patient’s vehicle.

Despite the pharmacy service now being available 24/7, officials say the pharmacy will be closed from 2:00 to 2:30 a.m. daily and will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on major holidays.
