‘The Tonight Show’ Shares Hilarious Real Signs

One of Sweden’s greatest bands of 1992, Ace of Base, wrote a song with the lyrics, “I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes.” On Tuesday’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, viewers were treated to signs that opened up their mouths … so they could laugh.

The recurring bit, “Bad Signs,” is a collection of silly signs that people have taken pictures of and sent into the show. Some of the them were ridiculous, like a restaurant sign that read “No smoking except for guide dogs.”

Some signs were downright clever, like “Animal hospital, we love pets, we shih tzu not.” And some were informative, like this sign at a grocery store: “Accidentally buy the potato chips your spouse doesn’t like so you don’t have to share.”

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
